Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of Concierge AI’s products and services, and is intended to bolster safety and responsibility of users. Your use of Concierge AI’s service must comply with this AUP.

  1. Input Restrictions. You will not (and you will not permit any third party to) input into, or otherwise make available to, the Concierge AI service, any of the following types data:

  1. obscene, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, abusive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;

  2. viruses, malware, malicious code or similar harmful materials;

  3. data that violates Laws;

  4. data that violates a third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;

  5. special categories of data enumerated in European Union Regulation 2016/679, Article 9(1) or any successor legislation;

  6. patient, biometric, medical, or other protected health information regulated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (as amended and supplemented);

  7. credit, debit, or other payment card data subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards;

  8. other information subject to regulation or protection under specific Laws such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (or related Laws or rules);

  9. social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or other government ID numbers;

  10. any data that violates this AUP; or

  11. any data that has the potential to cause the output from the service to violate any of the foregoing in this Section 1.

For purposes of this AUP, “Laws” means all applicable relevant local, state, federal and international laws, regulations and conventions, including those related to data privacy and data transfer, international communications, and export of data.

  1. Prohibited Conduct. You will not, will not attempt to, and will not permit a third party to on your behalf, do any of the following:

  1. Generate content for spam or other unsolicited communications to other users;

  2. Use Concierge AI’s service to generate, engage in, promote, support or facilitate hateful, discriminatory, or violent activities, whether online or offline;

  3. Prompt Concierge AI’s service with inputs that violate this AUP;

  4. Use Concierge AI’s service to generate outputs that you know or should reasonably know would be unlawful or infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights) of others;

  5. Request output that is “in the style of” or “similar to” third-party proprietary content or that is otherwise derivative of third-party proprietary content;

  6. Engage in any activity that Concierge AI reasonably determines will cause liability to Concierge AI;

  7. Access Concierge AI’s service through unauthorized means (for instance, sharing credentials, scraping, or crawling); or

  8. Try to access other users’ data or accounts without their express permission.

  1. Concierge AI may monitor your compliance with this AUP and investigate any violations. If Concierge AI determines, in its sole discretion, that you violated this AUP (directly or indirectly), Concierge AI may remove or suspend your access tob. c. Concierge AI’s service. This AUP is not exhaustive, and Concierge AI reserves the right to take remedial action in connection with content or uses not specifically described above.

  2. If you become aware of any suspected violation of this AUP, please promptly notify Concierge AI at support@concierge.ai and provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for suspecting such violation. Concierge AI may request your reasonable assistance to help stop or remedy the violation, and you will cooperate and assist in connection with any such request.

  3. Concierge AI may update this AUP as its technology and the associated risks evolve or as Concierge AI learns about unanticipated risks. Concierge AI may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on its website.
